Leaders is a small school which means that it is more exclusive and relationships and bonds are stronger within. Compared to larger schools we are able to meet the needs of individual students while also encouraging all students to meet higher expectations. When class sizes are small, teachers are able to better know the academic strengths and weaknesses of each of their students and tailor their instruction accordingly.

Plus, our classes are kept small – with no more than 20 students in one class, which fosters citizenship, leadership, and social emotional skills through increased student engagement.
