At Leaders International Christian School, we foster a positive approach to managing behavior and addressing bullying, with a foundation rooted in our faith. Guided by the principle of forgiveness, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity for a fresh start.

Our stance is firm: bullying in any form is unacceptable, regardless of the source or circumstances. We understand the serious impact bullying can have on well-being and academic performance, and we are dedicated to actively reducing any risks of bullying within our community. Victims will receive consistent support, and their needs will be met with care and respect. We also recognize that students who engage in bullying may require guidance to help them change their behavior.
 

In cases where additional assistance is needed, we will work alongside relevant agencies to ensure a safe and supportive environment. At Leaders, we are committed to providing a school culture where every student feels valued and secure.
