At Leaders, we look beyond credentials. We look for educators whose faith, character, love for children, and commitment to teaching align with the community we are building.
Character
“Students learn from what teachers know. They are also shaped by who their teachers are.”
Because Leaders seeks to develop Christian character in students, teachers should model integrity, humility, responsibility, kindness, teachability, maturity, and a willingness to keep growing.
Christian faith
Teachers at Leaders must be Christians who are genuinely grounded in Scripture. They should be comfortable praying with students, participating in chapel and devotions, supporting biblical-worldview teaching, guiding students spiritually where appropriate, and supporting the school’s Christian mission.
Teaching and care
Leaders looks for educators who truly enjoy teaching and genuinely care for children and their growth. Teaching here is more than delivering content; it means paying attention to the learner, the person, and the character taking shape.
A growing school
A small school needs educators who adapt, collaborate, help where needed, respond to different students, and grow as Leaders continues to develop its learning model.

Teaching at Leaders
Leaders is intentionally small, with an approximately 10:1 student-teacher ratio and one section per grade. Relationships matter here, and the school is moving toward more personalized learning around the needs of individual students.
Whole-child formation
Teachers at Leaders contribute to academic growth, Christian character, leadership, and practical life skills. Together, this work supports the school’s mission to glorify God and develop the next generation of Christian leaders.
Expressions of interest
Whether or not a particular position is currently open, Leaders welcomes expressions of interest from educators who genuinely identify with the school’s Christian mission and approach to students.
