We are delighted that you are considering Leaders International Christian School of Manila (LICSM) for your child's education. Our Admissions Team is committed to making thoughtful and informed decisions about your child's education. We conduct a comprehensive review of each applicant's file, ensuring a holistic understanding of their academic background and personal achievements. We encourage you to provide detailed academic records, including recent report cards and teacher recommendations.

Process

1. Submissions of Application 

  • Completely filled-out Application Form.

  • Completed Medical Form.

  • Doctor’s Assessment (if applicable) - for learning disabilities (e.g. ADHD, Autism, Speech Delay, physical abilities, etc.)*

  • Recommendation Form.

  • NSO Copy of Birth Certificate (original copy).

  • Latest Report Card/Progress Report (SF9 Form/Form 138).

  • Good Moral Certificate.

  • Payment of Assessment Fee.

2. Entrance Assessment and Interview

  • Entrance Assessment.

  • Student and Parent Interview with the Vice Principal.

  • Notification of Acceptance through email.

3. Reservation and Payment of Fees

  • A non-refundable and non-transferable Enrollment Deposit of PhP15,000.00 must be paid within Ten (10) Working Days of receiving the Notification of Eligibility to secure the student's slot.

  • Failure to pay the Enrollment Deposit within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of the incoming student's slot.

  • Payment, based on the selected payment option, must be settled on or before August 15, 2024.

4. Completion of Enrollment

  • Settlement of fees.

  • Parents will receive a letter of Confirmation of Enrollment via email.

  • Purchase of uniforms, arrangement of school service, etc.
