Understanding the assessment
It is not a pass-or-fail exam.
The assessment at Leaders is used to understand the child’s current academic readiness, learning needs, and appropriate placement. Families should not feel that their child needs to achieve a particular passing score.
The assessment is one part of the school’s admissions review and does not guarantee admission.

Leaders offers Preschool through Grade 10.
02Can we visit before applying?
Yes. Families may visit before deciding whether to proceed. A weekday visit is generally most useful because classes are taking place.
03Is the entrance assessment pass or fail?
No. It is used to understand the child’s current academic readiness, learning needs, and appropriate placement. It remains one part of the admissions review and does not guarantee admission.
04Can students transfer during the school year?
Yes. Leaders accepts applications during the school year. Contact Admissions to discuss eligibility, available places, and the requirements that apply. Applicants entering Grades 1–10 may submit their most recent academic record and a recommendation from their current or previous school. Admission and immediate placement are not guaranteed.
05Can foreign students apply?
Yes. Additional documents depend on the student’s citizenship and immigration situation. Admissions can clarify which academic, passport, visa, ACR I-Card, dual-citizenship, or parent immigration documents apply.
06Can families inquire if a child has additional learning needs?
Yes. For SY 2027–2028, Leaders is preparing to welcome students with additional learning needs. Admissions will first need to understand the child’s needs and whether the school can provide appropriate support.
07When should families begin the admissions process?
Families can begin with an inquiry before gathering every document. Admissions can confirm the current timeline and the appropriate next step for your family.
08What is the school calendar and general class schedule?
The school year generally runs from August to June, with classes Monday through Friday. Monday–Thursday classes generally begin at 8:00 AM. Preschool typically finishes at 11:00 AM; Grade School and Junior High dismissal times vary by level. Fun Fridays are non-uniform half-days with chapel, small groups, and clubs such as music and sports. Contact Admissions for your child’s exact class schedule.
09Is school transportation available?
School service may serve selected areas including AFPOVAI, Acacia Estates, BGC, Arca South, C5 areas, McKinley Hills, and parts of Makati. Routes, schedules, and availability vary; contact Admissions to confirm service for your location.
10Who is eligible for Kindergarten and Grade 1?
Kindergarten applicants should be five years old by October 31 of the enrollment year. Children turning five in November or December may qualify under additional DepEd requirements. Grade 1 generally follows Kindergarten completion, around age six. Leaders does not ordinarily require an ECCD checklist for either level. Families with questions about age eligibility or exceptions may contact Admissions for guidance.
11Does Leaders offer scholarships?
Leaders currently does not offer scholarships.
