Admissions Process

To start the admission process, please ensure you submit the following documents online:

  • Application Form: Make sure it's completely filled out.

  • Medical Form: Fill this out with a licensed pediatrician and attach the latest doctor's clearance.

  • Latest Report Card or Progress Report: Include the SF 9 Form or Form 138.

  • Recommendation Form: Your child's homeroom teacher, guidance counselor, and previous school principal need to fill this out and sign it.

  • Doctor’s Assessment (if applicable): For conditions like ADHD, autism, speech delay, or physical disabilities.

  • PSA Birth Certificate: Provide the original copy.

  • Recognition/Permit from DepEd: Submit a photocopy.

Remember to pay a non-refundable Assessment Fee through online transfer (Metrobank/Gcash):

  • Php5,000 for Preschool

  • Php5,000 for Elementary

  • Php6,500 for High School

Admission Steps

1. Entrance Assessment & Interview: 

Your child will undergo an Entrance Assessment in different subjects and an interview with the Vice Principal. Be sure to attend at the scheduled time, and you, as a parent, should accompany your child during the interview. The results will be forwarded to the admissions committee for consideration.


2. Notification of Eligibility:

Upon eligibility, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification. A reminder to complete all requirements will be sent based on the enrollment checklist, including post-dated checks for the selected payment scheme.


3. Admissions - Reservation and Payment of Fees:

Following eligibility, a non-refundable and non-transferable Enrollment Deposit of Php15,000.00 secures your child's slot. This deposit must be made within ten working days of receiving the eligibility notification. Failure to do so will forfeit the slot. You can choose your preferred payment schedule from the options provided. All requirements, including post-dated checks, must be submitted upon payment of fees, and payments must be settled by July 31, 2023.


4. Completion of Enrollment:

Once enrolled, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrollment letter via email. Additionally, you'll complete payments, receive uniforms, and, if applicable, sign the School Service Agreement Form.
